Products will only be taken back if there is an incorrect product delivered by BModesto B.V., over-delivered product, damaged product or in connection with a recall;
Products will only be taken back if they have an “ACTIVE” status in the National Verification System (NMVS). If products have been cancelled, this status can be reset to an “ACTIVE” status within 10 days. This can only be done in the NMVS and only at the location where the deregistration took place;
Exclusively for (hospital) pharmacies, the following return conditions also apply; – Products you wish to return must be notified as returns to BModesto’s Inside Sales Department by telephone or e-mail within 5 working days of receipt;
Returns will only be processed if the return form provided by BModesto is fully completed and signed by the pharmacist/QP/RP;
Upon receipt of the return form, BModesto will arrange collection of the return products;
The return products must be properly packaged, in the original, unopened and undamaged secondary packaging and under proper (storage) conditions, and presented to the carrier;
The return products must not have left the pharmacy, hospital or wholesaler between the time of receipt and return;
For refrigerated return products, temperature data are required, demonstrating that the refrigerated products were kept at the correct temperature during storage at the buyer’s premises;
Return products that have not been announced and/or have not been returned in accordance with these terms and conditions shall not be credited by BModesto;
The submission of a return shall not release the buyer from his/her payment obligations towards BModesto;
